Our Athletes

We would like you to meet a few of our athletes. They are runners, cyclists, triathletes, and drivers, to mention a few. Our Future Stars Sponsorship Program is open to all types of athletes seeking funding. The program’s goal is to help them achieve their dreams of competing with the best athletes in the world.


Jared Clarke

Jared is a passionate 13-year-old kart racer from Greenville, South Carolina. He began his racing career in December 2018, with his tires first hitting the track at WKA’s Daytona Kart Week.

His home track is Go Pro Motorplex, where he currently competes in the Junior Briggs class. When competing at home, he is consistently in the front of the pack.

His most recent accomplishments include a first and second place finish at WKA’s Grand Nationals in Ohio. Those wins earned him second place in the WKA championship standings in 2022.

Jared loves to race and dreams of making it a career. Whether he races in NASCAR or GT3, he just wants to do what he loves.

Parker Stewart is young, talented athlete who is just starting to make a name for himself. At just 7 years old, Parker has won 4 National Championships and set 6 track records in karting. He is also a member of the Future Stars triathlon team and is training for his first triathlon in December 2022.

Whether it’s running, cycling, swimming or karting, Parker trains daily and has dreams of one day racing professionally.

Jayden Bennett is 10 years old and racing is his passion. He started Go Kart racing when he was 7 years old in the highly competitive Tri-C Karters in Southern California. He raced to three 3rd place podium finishes his rookie year before moving up to the TaG Micro Swift Class in 2021. As a micro class rookie, he shocked the class leaders when he took a 2nd and 3rd place finish in his first few race entries. The family then moved cross country to North Carolina cutting his 2021 season short. Jayden is now competing in the Go Pro Karting Challenge in Mooresville, NC. Competing against the top ranked drivers in the country has proven to be a challenge for him to find the podium, but he has consistently finished strong and is currently holding a solid 10th place in points for the 2022 season.

Jayden is a strong student in school and a disciplined racing driver. He dreams of becoming a Formula 1 driver.


JJ Sparling

JJ Sparling Recently new to distance running and cycling, JJ continues to challenge herself. As a member of the Future Stars Athletics team, she's looking forward to her first duathlon in December.


John Duberley is a Navy Veteran, Personal Trainer and the Head Coach of the Future Stars Athletics Triathlon Team. John loves to run and has been dominant in competition; but he craves greater challenges. He started training in swimming and biking and discovered his talent there as well. So, triathlons became been his main focus. John also loves helping others with their healthy passions and challenges. In his spare time, he started a free run club with his dog, Lulu. Many of the Future Stars Athletes participate in John’s run club and their results have been amazing! John has coached athletes to new personal records, state records, competition podiums and weight loss goals. We’re lucky to have this amazing athlete and coach on board with us!


Emily Wiesenmayer

Emily Wiesenmayer, a Future Stars Athletics athlete, recently graduated from college and moved to South Carolina. She was a swimmer in High School and has a passion for fitness. She recently started training in running/cycling and will be competing in her first triathlon in December. She’s always down for a challenge and likes to push herself to see what she’s truly capable of!
